209: Spartan Death Race

GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE! This episode was recorded BEFORE the Spartan Death Race, a 3-day long, undetermined distance event. Out of 60+ individuals that started the last event, there were 3 finishers. The race starts June 30th. I am scared to DEATH. But I feel the most ALIVE!
