#21 - A Beginner's Guide to NCECA
from Wheel Talk · host Ryan Durbin & Becca Otis
On this episode, Ryan & Becca address questions about attending the NCECA (National Council of Education for the Ceramic Arts) clay conference. Becca attended her first one last year and Richmond 2020 will be Ryan's third year in a row. Conferences can be a very different experience from one person to another. NCECA's conference in particular can be a bit overwhelming for a first-time attendee with the long agenda, thousands of attendees, and so much artwork to see. Many artists are introverts as well, so figure out the best schedule for you and don't feel bad if you need to recharge as the weekend progresses. We hope to see you at an upcoming clay conference, whether it's NCECA, Clay Con West, or something else. Thanks for joining us and we would love to hear your feedback on future topics to discuss and help us improve!Follow us on Instagram:@wheeltalkpodcast@rdceramics@5linespotterystudioEmail us any questions or topics you'd love discussed:[email protected] the show on Patreon for as little as $3 per month: https://patreon.com/WheeltalkpodcastFollow us on Instagram:@wheeltalkpodcast@rdceramics@5linespotteryVisit our website:www.wheeltalkpotcast.comWheel Talk YouTube Channel
