#21 - Accountability Permission Slip

Hi there friends! Welcome to a "Late, but still made it" episode of No Seat Belt.  Today I've been pondering accountability. I've never been good with internal motivation: for me, everything has always been external. I'm working on it.  I am fortunate enough to have a friend who's been in the public speaking/coaching/podcasting world for over a decade, and with that much experience, pretty much any nugget of wisdom Phil "gifts" me, I take.  In creating today's episode hours later than usual, I leaned into the accountability I have with him, and realized there's actually something WAY BIGGER at play.
