21: Celebrate Not Sabotage

When was the last time you actually took the time to celebrate a win in your life? Often I find for myself, I work really hard at something and then gloss over it once I accomplish the task looking to the next item on my list of goals without taking a minute to soak it all in. Or maybe if you're also like me, celebrating in the past has been often overshadow by negative voices drowning out the happy times. Well, it's time to turn that ship around and start to infuse some celebration in your journey.

After all, celebration is simply a side effect of gratitude and we all have a lot to be grateful for.
