21: Chakras 101

from All That Jazze · host Jazze Jervis

The Sanskrit word Chakra literally translates to a wheel or disk. There are seven main chakras, which align the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head. Basically, having clear chakras means that the 7 areas are spinning beautifully. This means you are experiencing that beautiful healing energy (called Prana), which keeps us healthy, vibrant, and a clear channel so that you can receive intuitive guidance and downloads and manifest what you want into your life! Without spinning chakras, it can be difficult to clear space for what we want to manifest into our life. Join Clair Hill and I as we go through each of the chakras and how to balance those that aren’t in alignment! You can check out my blog post on the chakras here - Chakras BlogpostClair is an incredible spiritual mentor and healer and you can book an appointment with her here - https://clairhillcoaching.com/
