Dan has a history of making big things happen in Northeast Ohio, from his days as a standout quarterback at Willoughby South High School and Case Western Reserve University to leading the development of one of Cleveland’s most unique buildings, Intro Cleveland in Ohio City. Now, he is blazing his own trail with his new venture, Places Development, a real estate development and investment firm.  In this episode, Austin sits down with Dan to discuss his new venture, the hotel they plan to bring to Ohio City, and how he hopes to continue shaping Northeast Ohio.
