Welcome to the Like Attracts Like Mindshift Challenge! Over the next 21 days, we are dropping a podcast a day with our most powerful mindset shifts and techniques. Join us as we go on a journey of self discovery and uncover the truth of who we are. On Day 2, we discuss how the mind is comprised of the story of us, or "who we believe we are". When we are put in high stress situations, or are under a lot of pressure, the stories we are telling about ourselves come out.  Action Step Today:  Think about the last few times that you were in a stressful or triggering situation.
