I have known Adele for over five years now, and I have witnessed her conviction and drive to support women with understanding their menstrual cycle and empowering them with the knowledge of how to live a life in balance, not burnout. I have always revered Adele’s ability to draw women to her, through collaboration with other women + her powerful energetic force. She builds community like barely any other woman I know: community that nourishes womankind in a primal + hugely necessary way given the world that we find ourselves in today. You will hear in this episode Adele speak of her story, fascinating in itself, and share with us how she works, and why she works, in the way she does. We also share a little about our new book, which we have co-authored, Essential Feminine Wisdom. I put a lot of love into these, so they feel nourishing to receive into your inbox. You can sign up to receive these from me here.
