She’s an EMDR-trained clinician who takes the approach of starting with where you are at, skill building, talk therapy, and offering a non-judgmental space for you to come, slow down, breathe, and just be. She likes to work collaboratively to help her clients to heal from past hurts and the negative scripts that are running the show. She invites her clients to take a deeper look at how they are talking to themselves and to help them heal from past trauma by providing a safe space for them to vent, laugh, cry, and even curse. Her belief is that you already have all you need to live your best life.
