#21: Josh Reese

from Type One Run Podcast

This week I bring Josh Reese on the show. Josh was diagnosed with T1 in his teens, after his T1 mother routinely checked his blood sugar. Since his diagnoses Josh has been pretty distant from the T1 community, but now finds himself trying to get more involved with others, especially other T1 runners. If you're in the Knoxville area, help me convince Josh to start his own chapter. Follow Josh on Twitter and Strava About Type One Run Type One Run is a grassroots movement of ordinary people dedicated to building support, community, and awareness for those affected by type 1 diabetes through running. We encourage anyone of any ability to get involved. (Website | Instagram | Facebook) Join the Type One Run Community Facebook group Type One Run is a program of the Beta Cell Foundation
