21 – Kendra Wilson: Shamanism, Lyme Disease, Transcendental Meditation & Soul Retrieval

In this episode, Kendra discusses soul retrieval, shamanic journeys and hypnotherapy. Kendra describes the ups and downs of her healing journey with Lyme Disease, including the medical gaslighting, her use of coil machines for healing and LymeStop therapy. Next, Kendra discusses Transcendental Meditation, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and her decision to enroll in a Master’s program at Maharishi International University. From there, we discuss the concept of spiritual intrusions and the practice of depossesion. Then, we talk about letting go of control and how we flow in tune with the universe when we’re able to do so.
