21. Mark Twitchell - Dexter Wannabe

Mark Twitchell was born on July 4th 1979 in Edmonton, Alberta. He dreamed of making it in Hollywood, namely making blockbuster movies. As such, he graduated from The Radio and Television Arts program at The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2000. He would however wind up being more known for things that were not done behind the camera. He would instead become known for an assault, a murder and documents found on his laptop.
