21. Naso -Divine Extrapolation -Bringing Forth Moshiach's Teachings

So too, G-d first said the all-inclusive one delivery of all Ten Commandments, and then G-d extrapolated from it each of the Ten Commandments individually. Why did G-d do this? Why are both, the Klal and the Prat necessary? What can only be introduced into creation through our diligent learning of the details of Torah?
