#21 Rubber Stamped Breaks - September 2009 - Ghetto Funk

from Rubber Stamped Mixes · host Rubber

I have always loved my Breaks and in the early days Big Beat. I remember the trips to the beach club in Brighton for Fat Boy Slim's Big Beat Boutique. A Plump Night Out and The Stanton Session were two albums I bought and how the Plumps and Stantons moved onwards and upwards from there.... Other artists that have inspired me in this genre are Rogue Element, Krafty Cuts, A-Skillz, Vandal, General MIDI, Dan Magnan and the Drumattic Twins who rocked one of our best ever Jambasha parties. This won't be to everyone's taste but for those that like it fat and a bit tougher enjoy!
