Today on the Where's Willie podcast, Willie’s virtual travels take him to Dayton, OH, to talk with Ms. Teri Shaub. Teri has a background in the motion control industry with a strong foundation in industrial automation technologies — having previously worked for a leader in precision motion, Kollmorgen. She has experience evaluating technical and commercial application requirements in order to provide complete solutions to manufacturers. Teri also worked in project management for several years as a contractor to GE Aviation. There, she managed large scale, multidiscipline aerospace, and industrial projects, from conceptual design to product testing with full accountability for all aspects of project execution; cost, schedule, and technical quality. These experiences allow Teri to maintain focus on the customers’ needs. As Motion Product Manager for C&E Advanced Technologies, Teri is responsible for championing business development for pneumatic products, implementing additional product lines, and working with sales and the corporate marketing department to promote all motion products. Her energetic personality and fierce ambition make her a great asset to the C&E team. According to Willie, C&E is leading all of North America in what value-add distributers in the world of manufacturing are doing and he credits that to Teri and her outstanding leadership team.
