#21 | The Science of Happiness with Todd Kettner

from WorkHappy™ Podcast · host Greg Kettner

Our guest today is a sailing enthusiast, father, husband, professor and psychologist.  He’s also my older brother and best friend. Todd thrives on helping others live fuller lives and teaching future professors and psychologists, who can help make our world a better place. When he isn’t working or spending time with his family, you’ll find him skiing, mountain biking or “trimming the sails on his 30 year old, 30 foot sailboat.” Enjoy this candid conversation with two Canadian kids who grew up outdoors, without TV or screens, restored old Mustangs, and played pond hockey until it was time to go to bed. We both learned that happiness early on and have relied on our friends, family and each other for a pick me up when we are down in the dumps. Enjoy. Website | Linkedin | Email
