In this solo episode I discuss the consequences of constantly focusing on the desire to be 'liked' by the group, tribe, folk, etc. I share insights into my perspective on this and how it was shaped by the behaviors I chose in my late teens and early to mid twenties. The feeling of wasted years can be overwhelming but I am here to let you know that it is never too late to make a change and get in touch once again.
