Stouty and Logan chat with Jason on the challenges of adapting workouts for all people, programming for competitions, and how they test workouts to make sure they uphold the intended stimulus.  In addition, they have a big announcement on the evolution of Wheel WOD. Wheel WOD was established in 2013 by Stouty, after 6 years of developing adaptive competitions and educational content Logan Aldridge officially joins the team as a true partner and director of public relations and education.  Logan will be heavily involved in daily and personalized programming for athletes looking to compete or just developing skills. The goal is to continue to provide the community with opportunity to compete and increase the brand globally with interested partners and providing inclusiveness for all in fitness & sport.  In addition together they will be releasing full affiliate programming that will include adaptive components for temporary and permanent injured athletes or will offer to adapt your current programming to help gyms feel prepared for any athlete that walks/rolls through the door.
