21-year old mother who gave two-year old son alcohol and dagga appears in court

A 21-year old mother who was seen on a social media video feeding her two-year old son alcohol and dagga is today appearing before the Dzanani Magistrate's court. The woman was arrested on Saturday with another woman who cheers the child on in the video. The video - which shows two women giving the child a bottle of cider and urging him to finish it, as well as giving him dagga, went viral over the weekend.
