211. Get EXCITED to FAIL?!

Get EXCITED to FAIL?!  You need to fail to succeed. #truth. Fail in your workouts. Fail in business. Fail in life. Don’t be scared to fail - in fact - be the opposite. Be EXCITED to fail!! Run towards failures! Learn & grow from each one. In my workouts - I LOVE to fail. I strive for it. That feeling when you’re working so hard - you’re getting to the point where you just can't go anymore. You’re questioning why the heck you’re doing it! You fail. Your body says NO MORE. Then you recover. You get back up and you try again. You get a little farther this time - and you get better & stronger because of the set back - because of pushing yourself through. Ahhhh - growing & succeeding!! It couldn’t happen without failure. In business & life - oh my goodness I have failed SO MANY times!! I’ve tried so many different things - most of them were failures and went nowhere. But with each idea that didn’t pan out, I learned. I took something from it that helped me grow to where I am today. I look at all things that don’t work - all my failures - as lessons. And they make the things that DO work out - so much more powerful. Success cannot happen without failure. If you’re failing - own it. Stand up and be PROUD of it! I’m sending you massive LOVE and high fives for it  Failure is a GOOD thing. Seek it out. Learn from it. Grow from it. Become more.
