You are now listening to the UK and the world's favorite wrestling podcast. RT and wrestling with your host Andy and Emma. Just as the press recorded. That all goes downstairs.
So I have real things. Because people can't go to the door without slamming it. What's weird? It's a weird one.
That's all. Straight in. Straight in with that one. Did you see?
Did you see how quick I was? I did see how quick I was. I also heard how quick I was as well. I'm alright.
I've not really done anything this week. Hot in it. It's fucking roasting. It's like Genesal Ramen over here.
That's my new one. Genesal Ramen. Yeah. Playing Diablo for...
Oh, really? I'm talking like a black golf with your dad. Yeah, that was fun. That was fun.
I'm talking about from it. Flushing the face with a golf ball. I thought that was a... He's alright.
Took it like a champ. Took it better than the Heat Masked Lots, Sucka Punch Off Conor McGregor. Oh, yeah. It's...
Yeah, it's a good way, Andy. Really? I think it was the second one. The first one, it looked like it was pure head.
Like it's in the head of the outfit. And then kind of followed him down and hitting with one on the floor. Oh, yeah. That looked like it got him right in the fucking face.
Anyway. What else have I been up to next week? I've been watching wrestling. Yeah, I know.
Not for a lot of the week, but for a small part of the week. I've been watching wrestling, which we'll go into when we start. You do look small in that chair. It's really low down.
I do feel like it's low to the ground, but I feel like it's more comfortable. Okay. Because... I'm eyeballing you guys.
Most odd. In fact, I feel like I'm higher than you. You are higher than me. I'm a high priestess with a podcast.
That's what you are. That's what you are. What else? No.
How are you doing? Alright. We're here again. We're here again, absolutely.
It's Sunday. We're podcasting. We've both done our homework. We've both done a wrestling watching.
Well, kinda. I've not really done much. I've not really been up too much. I've been walking about, been working, walking in the sun today.
Yeah. Sweating my ass off. Around the Swinton. Around the Swinton.
Well, I was still asleep. Guys, I'm not that pretty sick, you know. I know it is. It's a fuckhole there.
It's nothing. It's a shithole. In the corner, there's one shop that's just got painted in yellow paint as the shop sign. It's not my food.
And a phone number. But it ain't open. Maybe it's Rinkley's number. It's a very flat mirror.
Ask about that. Rinkley's number for Spanish food. Maybe. Maybe.
It was just a bit of sex. Just fucking tragic. I hate seeing like town precincts. I mean, we live in Eckles.
So, that's, that's just, to be fair, Eckles has got more open than Swinton. Yeah. It's because there's more crack fiends knocking around in Eckles. Hey, you gotta get the right shop.
Hey, I'll tell you what, there's an update for Eckles for ya. Right. The Tassimo Lady. She's in a unit now.
She's in a shop. Tassimo Lady. You know, lady who serves the coffee just out in front of a Wilco. Oh yeah.
She's in a shop around the corner. I've not been buying. No, I'm in though. I know I'm boring.
It's an upgrade. Let's give you a little context. Eckles precincts have a woman, what we saw a woman serving a coffee there. Never got one.
But she literally had like an instant coffee machine on a table outside of Wilcos. Yes. And over the years, yep, years, it's gotten more and more popular. So now she's actually got a little cafe.
She's added a second Tassimo machine. That's when I knew she was doing gangbusters. I'll tell you when I knew she was doing gangbusters. When I came out of peacocks one day and we're doing bingo on her PA system.
You're joking. It was packed honestly. They do it every week. They do bingo.
And there's a bingo in all the ones. Like 11 or whatever the fuck it is they say. Meal for two, 69. All that shit.
Meal for two, 69. Yeah. And I bingo. I was like holy shit.
This woman is entrepreneurial. She is growing this bit. It was packed babe. It was absolutely packed.
Yeah, but when you're serving like piss water for a quid, you know, there's a... Find me a place where you can get a coffee for £1. That place. Well, there you go.
And it's piss water. I think she's doing well for us. I need to have a proper nose at the shop. I don't know why you're asked if I'm honest.
I don't know why you're asked. I'm intrigued. We'll just have a lot of people who do well, you know. Oh, I hate echols.
We're a passion. It's a dupe. Should we get going? We'll do it.
Any more? No, let's go. Maybe you'll start like a... Well, we don't have Facebook anymore, but if you start like a...
Twitter of humans of echols. Do you remember that humans of New York guys that's still going? Probably. But yeah, humans of echols would be much more interesting.
Yeah, just a line that says fuck off in the pictures like something we know it is. There was a really funny moment actually over there. I was crossing over, you know, where the lady sounds the big issue. I was crossing over the road and there was this couple who were just about this older.
They must have been like in their sort of like, secondly, is that what I'm saying? And they were crossing and they just sat up, put their foot on the road as a bus, as the lights changed the bus set off. Right. So they dragged each other back.
And when the bus went by and they said, crossing they were like, you're fucking asshole. It was you who did that. What the fuck are you talking about woman? It was your fucking fault.
I'm like Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ. Welcome to Ehrkals. I say you won't be willing, man, I said, yeah.
God. Well, that's probably like 60 years of a relationship for you. Yeah. I'll be honest, I'll be honest one day.
No, hopefully not. Yeah. Obviously, I'm wearing a little bit nicer than Ehrkals. Bring the tone down in a really nice town, because we've come from Ehrkals, yeah.
Right. That's it. Scumbag's going from salsa. Well, it's our arse's off for like 20 years to get a decent place to live and then just completely drag this over the place around.
I'm going to be in the scum. I'm going to be in the scum. That's my goal in life. To be the scum in a nice area.
Yeah. Yeah. The clampet. Yeah.
You're wheeling in your martial arm on wheels in the life of the fuck's sake. It's a really posh bongle. Yeah. You really can.
If you see, if I see a fucking farm food, I'm in. You've never been in a farm food in your life. Are you taking the pics? I used to go on a farm food.
The farm food is in Ehrkals. Pre-synched. And they do the Ben and Jerry's too for a vibe though. I've managed to resist that.
Oh, fuck. The farm food's a bit too. I am obsessed with Aldi at the moment. But that's a story for another day.
Let's do what we're here to do. Let's start lions with three eyes. Mm. Okay.
That's what's that. Hello everyone and welcome once again to RTM Wrestling. Yes, it's back to back weeks people. Can you believe it?
2011 titled to be determined. Hope you're all well. Hope you're all doing well. Hope you're all staying safe.
My name's Andy. I'm Gemma. And hello. Welcome to the Odyssey.
That is RTM Wrestling where we watch wrestling every now and again. We have done a bit of homework this week. How did we do it? It's like from somewhere like that.
I did see all two out of the day of someone doing the WWE thing but with orange casket. Orange casket. It's like whatever, wherever. That's funny.
That's kind of how we get wrestling. Every now and again. Every now and again. Every now and again.
Get the toe in when there's no basketball and there's no football. I bit me toe back into wrestling. Hence the podcast is now a thing again. So you've got eight weeks guys.
It's one of a second. Listen, after this week, after what I watched, maybe I'll come and regular with you. If that's the case, I mean you've got serious conversations. No, I'm joking.
I'm joking. You're arguably watching the show with the most viewers. So, well not arguably. Not arguably.
Factually. Factually. So how do you want to do it? Do you want to go into what we watch first?
I've got like a smidgen of like points to go over. Why don't we do it? Why don't we do it? Why don't we do it?
Why don't we do it? Then we go and talk. Andy loves to tick. He tells for two minutes and got bored.
Number four. Dave Meltzer lives and doesn't confirm anything again. God, I re-subscribed to wrestling observer but through the YouTube. So I don't have to say all here Dave Meltzer ever.
And he still pops up every now and again and Christ. The guy is such hard work. Oh, he really is. It was like a tell.
We're talking about the viewing figures first. Yeah, go for it. Talking about the viewing figures but it's not down and stuff. And he's there and Alvarez like Tees and what's the views, the demos.
And he's rustling around these fucking paper. Because he prints all these stuff out that he wants to say. Because he's about 90. And he's like, um, um, like the most unprofessional thing ever.
Yeah, so we've got what we've watched. So we've got a bit each on what we've watched. A little bit about Forbidden Door. A little bit about who was supposed to be on it before it was injured.
Collision, what can that look like? How it's going to work. And I can take it up for a moment. Wait, hey, hey.
That's the one down. So do you want to do what we've watched first? Yeah, let's do that. Do you want to go first?
Um, so what have you got to talk about that you've watched? I've got like one match and I'm joking. I've watched, so I've watched a bit of AW, a couple of new Japan matches. That's why I watched.
Okay, well, why don't you do one? I'll do nine and then. With a split with this three. No, there's not this is no point.
I've not got like, I'm not going to. So you've not got like eight pages of notes. Are you joking? No, no.
I've literally got a two minutes. I thought it was going to be like a two minute thing. You do you. I'm glad I've got notes because right this second I can't tell you a thing that happened.
I can tell you a thing. Well, I've only got two things. I've got MGF and Adam Colb's promo. Fucking awesome.
That was good actually. I'm actually looking forward to that now. Big bill doing God's work. Big bill.
Cass. Oh, yes. So I've seen him quite a lot over the last two weeks. So, you know, I'm glad he's turned it around.
Same. I'm glad he's turned it around. So yeah, so the general kind of feel. So the reason why AW is so short will, you know, when we come, um, become kind of apparent, pretty soon after.
Yeah, I've watched him. I'm like, meh, kind of enjoying it. Kind of not, you know, the matches are mad, but I've seen him. They're all, you know, always running across the ropes and doing a backflip again.
Great way. It's all great. It's all great. But I'm like, who do I give a shit about it?
So where is Cassidy for the title was very good. Orange Cassidy is probably, I'd say, the guy I'm rooting for like the most out of these last two weeks. Like if you're just going to take these two weeks as like a snapshot, he'd be the one who had a just out of watch of that guy, you know, that title, you know, he's got a title, you know, whatever. Yeah.
Yeah, MJF Cole, I can't see Cole taking it. So I'm finding it hard to kind of get into that. But you know, Cole's been, he would have been my first draft pick. So much idea, I don't know.
I think it'll be the both be very equal in the match and then somewhat will happen. Yeah. So I can do it. And Jeff will still love it.
Yeah. So then what I did watch was a bit of an huge fan pro wrestling dominion from a couple of weeks ago. So watch the six man never open weight title, which is Shua, who know, or Shavs room now, Claudia will Moxley against Akada Tanahashi and he she that was fucking awesome. I had such a great time watching that.
And it kind of made me remember why I like New Japan the most because they don't, they don't, it doesn't make any sense. They don't do anything over the wrestle. But the story's told during the match. It's like they're doing shield like heartbacks for Moxley, Claudia spins Akada.
I mean, you know, Moxley, I assume it looked like a court, it looked like a blade, but the spot was Eishi headboard him and he looked like he properly headboard him and then pretty soon after Moxley was got open and I didn't see a blade job. So we've got Moxley's gotten so much better at blading in the space of like a few months or, you know, he got open by her headboard, which is not good. We don't want to do that. Well, so guy here, Umino is a fucking superstar.
He is going to be, I think going to be the next guy because the whole thing of the match was against Akada and them going back and forth. The other four were kind of periphery. Tanhashi, it's hard to watch him a little bit now because he's hobbling all the time, but yet still then, you know, does his five second burst and he's amazing and then he's, you know, hobbling around and he's kind of changed his style a little bit to kind of work with the hobbles. You don't notice it that much, but on the way to the ring, you notice it, you know, he just looks like he's starting to break down a bit, which is sad to kind of watch.
Castagnoli was said in an interview this week that he was like a dream. He was a new Japan debut and he starts to match against Tanhashi. He's one of us for anything else. The crowd were fucking awesome.
You know, I think the last thing I saw of New Japan, I can't remember what it was, whether it was the Tokyo Dome stuff or not, but they still weren't back on board with like cheering and shouting. Like they were allowed to, but they were all a bit like, you know, the odd one would shout out, the fully backed cheering and shouting now. You know, the gasping and you know, somebody gets a tag in and like, here comes Moxley, you know, that kind of thing. It was just so cool.
And at the end of the match, the show, the promo that Danielson did, which was awesome about, there's no rain in the fucking desert, which is brilliant. So that whole match was just great. The main event as well was cool. It's an ad against a guy that asked the last time I saw him, he was a young lion.
Probably come back from Mexico. That was a really cool match. Yeah, it just made me, it made me think like, watch New Japan, but don't get the New Japan app because there's so much stuff and it's, well it's shit or crap to search through it. To start with, he's fucking awful.
He's trying to find something you never have and I'm trying to find the damn thing. Even if you type it in, it comes up with like 15 other videos before the video. Never would you say that before? What?
The damn thing. The damn thing. I'm just sorry. Not consciously, but obviously consciously, but trying to cut a bit of everything after every single sentence.
Every other sentence is fine, but not ever. I think the damn thing is a bit more like of what an old person says when they're trying to tune a radio. I was going to say it. That's what I was going for.
That's what I was going for. But yeah, it's a pain in the ass to search for anything. But if there's anything on, like a pay-per-view or specific matches of a pay-per-view, because the damn things are like four, damn things. What do you ever?
The more I was long and you've got like 15 matches before the match, you really want to see. I don't mind doing them every now and again, but I just don't have that time. Yeah. I don't have that time anymore.
Or that attention's fun for wrestling. But I did use just put them on them kind of go. But yeah, I really enjoyed the New Japan stuff. I was meh about the AW stuff.
It's not really getting me. I think it's the, if I was to put it in like a nutshell, I think it's the Western style of here's a match, here's an advert, here's a promo, here's an advert, here's somebody backstage for some reason, here's a promo, here's a match. It's just, it's too fake. I think like New Japan feels very live.
Yes. Like you're at a live show. Yes. And not like it's a television show.
Yeah. It just feels like you're just there and you're watching it in the crowd, which is like, you know, the most form you can have, I guess, with wrestling. Yeah. So I so much more for me in their live than it's watching on the TV.
Well, it's got to see. Yeah. But that's what I, like, like, whenever I watch it, it's not, I can't think of another word. It's, but I don't mean this word.
I kind of shoddy. Yeah. There's no production though. Yeah.
And I think people coming out are live show wrestling. So, you know, yeah. Well, he said, I saw an interview with Osprey where he was like, oh, you have to think, because he was, he was done a few AW shows. And he's like, you know, that's something else for me to learn.
He's like, where's the camera? What do I need to do in terms of the camera and all that kind of stuff? And he made me think, like, got to the back stage, like, just talking through the camera angles. Yeah.
Cause that's just like, it's another level of professionalism that you probably have to do. So like, you know, I've got to hit your marks and all that kind of stuff, you know, entrance and all that kind of stuff, but most of these, like, what I would consider like top wrestlers kind of go with the flow and go with the flow and go with what the crowd had given them. That's what they always say. They go with what the crowd had given you.
But how can you go with what the crowd had given you when you got hit your spot? And then that's another level of thing for them to think about. So I think after seeing that Osprey interview, I was like, oh, yeah, sometimes TV matches come across as a bit of fire. But it's like, if you have to hit that mark for the finish or whatever, you have to do specific things at specific times, then, you know, you understand, you understand how difficult it is to actually do something like, because then it made me think of like watching, you know, WWE and stuff and seeing like, you know, Zayn, when he goes into the corner, when he's about to do, he's like, boo, and he's just a small little facial expression.
But that's what he knows at that point, the camera's on him and he's doing it, you know, all those things you've got to think about. Yeah, it is. It is of a level. There was another wrestler who said that about going to WWE.
The count, it was ages ago, years ago, and said that was something they had to learn. The first time has never done it. I'm not even sure. Yeah, maybe.
Even though obviously it was on TV. It may not be. But he was never on, he was in Japan, so he wasn't to the level, you know, he's not hitting, because that's the thing with, I don't know if that's probably another reason why I'm like, I enjoy it more, currently, and I've got to say, currently enjoy it more. It's because the wrestlers are not constantly going for the camera.
Yeah. And then there's, you know, when Jade Kargil first started, she was just constantly looking into that hard cam. And he's like, Christ, you're supposed to be in a fight, but every time you do a move, you just stood up and you're just looking at it. And I know they've told you to do that.
But I think it breaks me out a little bit. Yeah. Not that I think it's a real fight or do I want it to look like a real fight, because that's not why anybody's any of us are here. But just the constant looking into the cameras and talking and I think is what kind of pulls me out of it.
When really they're doing that to pull you in as a viewer. Yeah. It's interesting. It's an interesting thing to think about.
It's totally two different styles though of wrestling. And that's why the, you know, like the WWE Styles used to enjoy the live shows more. Yeah. Because there's no cameras and they can just do whatever the fuck they like.
It's just a practice. Yeah, they've got to practice matches. Yeah. And you know, I'm sure part of that is hitting the spot sport.
Sure, they have to just, I'm much more, it's just much less pressure. And if you do miss the spot, you just go with the crowd and have a laugh. Yeah. And that's, and there's more of it.
There's more of the humour. You know, there's a random spot where like Moxley kept getting drop kicked in the knee. And he keeps like, he kept going for the other knee. And they drop kick me off as it one.
And then he'd go for that knee and he'd get the other one. You're just little things like that. And the crowd are laughing and what this is supposed to be like an ever open way title match. And do you know what?
Do you know what it strikes me as? If I'm to make a comparison that's a bit random. Okay. New Japan versus Western wrestling.
It's like Silent Movie. Yeah. In the Silent Movie, it had to be over the top and it was all about big movements. And you know, humor was found in like, slapstick thrown in there.
If you want it to be funny, because you can't do anything that nuanced really. Yeah. And that's what makes me think of. And it is a bit obvious.
When they do silly things, it's obvious that it's for the crowd and not the viewers. So they have to be bigger like theatre. It all has to be just a bit more obvious when you're pissing about or having a funny spot. Or like even a, you know, any spot really.
It's got to be bigger. Yeah. And then the rest of it is just technical wrestling. Yeah, because Collogio looked like he was trying to be bigger than himself type of thing.
Yeah, yeah. So it's like you're projecting out whereas maybe on the TV you're projecting in a little bit. Maybe that's why they all love New Japan so much. It's, you know, the wrestlers, you know, the rest of the wrestlers, they always, in a great agreement that that's the best place to wrestle.
Maybe because it is just all about in ring. The wrestling. It's just pure in ring. So even like you said, the storytelling is all happening while you're having the match.
So it's just more showcase of what you actually want to do rather than the shit that comes with wrestling like acting and giving promos to camera. And that's the thing as well because like, I don't think I'm wrong in saying this. That 90% of wrestling promos are awful. Yeah, definitely.
Like not just bad or passable or like awful. Like really, really bad. And they've got to do it in such a style that's so weird. The guy who got microphone in the hand, but they've got to shout even if they're backstage.
It's not fucking hate. Why are you shouting out? It's fucking weird. When they're trying out those like, Elle Naturale just chats with each other.
It's like that AW1. What did I say to you? And I was like, why does this look like the start of a porno? Oh yeah, yeah.
It just looks like the start of a porn film. You know, like that's shit acting before they get down to it. It's like, that's how it feels. It's the shit acting before they get down to it.
It really is. Oh my god, wrestling as porn. That's my dissertation. Oh, Christ.
But easily pulled 10,000 words out on that. The amount of case, no, she can reference. Just watch a TNA show and you're sitting on a joke. I don't watch a TNA.
It's not fair to say. Yeah, but I saw that a few people on Twitter said the match was great. And later on as well, I saw that Meltsa gave it a 5 star. I don't think that is as big of a deal as it was maybe like three or four years ago.
Meltsa giving something to start writing. So I want to say I was like blown away by the match quality. I want to say it was like, oh my god, this is amazing. But because of all the, oh, here's a load of guys doing backflips.
Okay, now we've had a promo. Here's another load of guys doing backflips, which is fucking ridiculously hard. Don't get me wrong. But from going from that to watching, you know, Moxley getting dropkits in the knee and everyone laughing and changing knees and, you know, and all that kind of shit.
And the whole um, um, um, a card kind of like against each other. Oh, halfway through the match, he was like going for, I think he went for the rainmaker, but turned it into the money clip and the commentator. So I like, oh, he doesn't respect him enough to go for the rainmaker. But then later on he beats him with the rainmaker.
You know, just a little things like that. Yeah. I just, I really enjoy. And I think, you know, the commentary team are all right, but they allow it to just kind of happen.
Whereas I think from what I've seen of A.W. the past couple of weeks, the commentary team seemed to have changed a little bit to put himself over, trying to make each other laugh like Tazzy's constantly trying to make everybody else laugh and sing along with people's entrances. And so that's what I, that's what I've been a bit like. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. That's what I've watched. So what did you watch?
You're a top up me slur. Do you want, do you want actual booze or? I'm going to talk about. Got you done.
Yeah. Yeah. It's red, great. It's quite nice.
It tastes like a melted anacolic. Yeah. It's all right. I'm listening.
I'm trying to spend a bit of time away from alcohol. So I'm on. So let's watch more wrestling. Yeah.
Yeah. No. If you, if you picked a bed, we could quit booze. But yeah.
So I'm on the schleur. I'm on the red grape schleur. Any non-alcoholic drink recommends. It's most welcome.
I've got the white grape schleur. I've got a rose a schleur. I've got some lemon and ginger. Counts that are fucking disgusting.
Disgusting babe. The most disgusting. It tastes like I'm drinking pure vinegar out of the bowl. Well, it's not, the taste actually isn't about it.
It's the fucking, the smell like vinegar. Well, I don't like ginger. So like ginger. It's disgusting.
Like, whenever you get, like, Asian food, it's like comes with ginger. I'm not that fast. Get that fucking shit. Sushi comes with ginger and it's not good.
Okay. I watched today. I watched this week's snack day. Eight pages of nose.
What we count? One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, eight and a bit. I had a paragraph then. Listen, I've run down the whole show here.
So it's only fair that you suffer through this with me too. Okay. So I'm going to just give you a rundown. Listen, as an overview of the show, they cram.
So much in. And because I've not watched a WWE show from start to finish this, I've watched the paper views, which are fucking hours long. I've not watched one of their TV shows, Ages. And I did my recent new thing where I just forgot.
But I've been watching like, a w for so long before it. And some of the matches can run into like 30 minutes. It's mad to watch a show that clocked in app. I think it was 17 minutes.
The first bit was 50. I don't know. It wasn't anywhere close to it. Usually half an hour of advice.
Okay. So 19 minutes then. Yeah. So I think the amount of matches on this show was insane.
Really? Insane. Like it was just like match up to match up to match up to match up to match up. I couldn't.
What? And then in between matches loads of backstage loads going on. I felt like it was just really cramming it in. So that made me think that it's a wrestling show for people with shit attention spans.
I have shit attention spans. So you did keep me attention to be fair. Yeah, it did. I was watching it.
I mean, I was on my phone. Well, I've got what he's on the phone. So it started off with like a recap of like the Reigns thing where he tells Jay. So he's got to make a decision whether to stay with the bloodline off, fuck off.
Right. So the show kicks off with Jay and Srotzyn Haman and solo. Yeah. So you're going to stay loyal.
Are you going to choose your brother? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
A lot of this is lost in translation. What English? No, he's no, he's no, he's no look like English. Essentially Paul Haman was trying to coax him back.
And he said to coax you back, I'm setting up a match between you and Austin theory tonight. So you can win theories belt, then you'll come and be the champion back to the bloodline and you'll be the new tribal chief. You'll get trained by Reigns and he will groom you. Which is a group.
He will groom you to become the new tribal chief. You'll be on private jets. Who's this? Jay.
Hey, man. It's Jay. It's Jay. Jay's the one that kicked out.
Yeah. I'm with you. I will love questions because I've seen none of this. Please jump in.
There will be questions. This is a conversational piece. This is not a performance. I'm not doing beat poetry.
I know what it looks like. It's got me a little notepad. So yeah, we've got our main event set up at the start. So standard fair.
We've got our main event set up. Then we get an ad. Ask us getting at the WWE Winnings Championship belt because as Roman Reigns got a new belt. She's the Raw Women's Champion.
She's getting a new belt, which is the WWE Women's Championship belt. Okay. So they're taking away the Raw and Zammar. Bingo.
I don't know if this is a bing-pot. So tonight's the night of the Money in the Bank qualifying matches. Oh, we've got a few of them. Okay.
So the first qualifying match was Santos Escobar versus Missa Ferali. I like Santos Escobar. I've never seen him before. He's a good match.
It was a good match. It was a good match. Well, we know Oli can go. Yeah.
It was really good. I mean, no great surprise that Oli didn't win. Right. And I knew I could tell, even though I've not watched it, I can tell who the guy is.
And then I came out who just already qualified and he was on commentary. I like LA night when he's doing his LA night. Yeah. Yeah.
I think he's a good kind of like crowd pleaser. So like, you know, like Elias was when he did his little spot. He kind of became also like Elias weirdly. It's also like, he does a bit.
He does a bit. He does a bit. He does a bit. Maybe he was the brother when LA night was pissing around doing that maximum male model shit.
Maybe he actually did Elias's brother as well. Maybe. Maybe. Yeah.
That's pretty cool. And then he said, well, he got the right thing together. He said, well, he got the right thing. That's pretty good.
Yeah. He said, well, totally good. He's got a real guy on the left with Jay and Zane. J, so, and Sammy Zane.
What? What? That's called, Sammy, has a hand rap t-shirt. Kevin Owen's a red down hit.
He does. He does, yeah. That says Zane or something. I think it says Sammy Zane.
Last vision. I think it does. I think it's got a- I think the rap set S said on it. Okay?
About it. It's a K. Okay. Oh.
That works. keeping track of it. All the important notes I take. So then we've got, and we've got then Kayla Braxton comes, he's in the ring, and she's introducing NXT Tag Team Champions, Women's Tag Team Champions, and Le Dawn and Alba Fyre.
So Alba Fyre is Kayla Rigg, yeah. I don't know why she's welcome to just smack down. They got drafted up. Okay, they got the NXT titles.
What's still? Yeah, I thought we got drafted up. Well, I just have to point out that Wade Barrett on commentary called them a shamelessly seductive duo, which was, I like, I love Dawn taking to the mic. I mean, they came a little later.
Anyway, I'll get on to that. Rowsy and Baszler interrupt who attacked your chance. Okay, they are the tag team jumps, yeah. Baszler did a good thing about, I'm the reason those titles were created.
Quite sure. Title versus titles gets arranged, it gets scrappy. But before that, yeah, Alba Fyre on the mic, Jesus wept. It was like listening to Pawn Stars.
Really? Yeah. Kayla Rigg, not so much. Really?
Oh my God. Even though they were in a Scottish accent, but it's like- Oh, she's Scottish as well. Yeah, they both got you. Well, no, Kayla Rigg.
Yeah, I thought we asked like, Jesus girls, dress like, goth, goth, Pawn Stars. Oh, no, of course. And there was a really like, I got the vibe that Michael Cole and Wade Barrett don't like each other in real life throughout the show. Really?
Yeah, because I know that they're supposed to go out each other on commentary, but it felt different. Okay. It felt a bit snipey. It felt a bit snipey.
There was one part of it where he asked Barrett something, I think in the main event, and he started out there and he went, what line will do? And he was like, and he said, no, what? He said, I'm getting to it. He went, it's called a sound bite.
And I was just like, it felt really like- Wow. So- So- Because I know Barrett's been doing NXT. Right. So maybe this is still Cole, he's tied out the problem because he's not got his bro there anymore.
