Pastor Phil challenges us once again to examine our love for Jesus, as Jesus challenged Peter, after his resurrection to look into his heart. At the moment, Peter could only reply when asked by Jesus, "Do you love Me?" that he loved Him fondly, and with a deep affection—not agape'—that unconditional, supernatural, fully committed love that can only come through God's Spirit living in us. So if you want that unconditional love for Jesus and others, it requires a commitment to Jesus full-on, and surrendered. When we do that, the Holy Spirit will live within us to enable us and love others with that same supernatural love!
