212. HPAI Confirmed Throughout the U.S. & USMCA Dispute Continues Over Canadian Dairy Tarif-Rate Quotas

Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) has been confirmed at 13 Pa. and 178 national commercial poultry operations and the United States has twice rejected Canada's dairy tariff-rate quota proposals.
