This environment has an uncanny way of IGNORING that which is going on well but blatantly focus on the negative...and sometimes even invent them. When apathy has finally settled, it is possible to have it cured by just flipping the script. We were taught in Sunday School, "Count your blessings name them one by one..." By the time you are through with that genuine exercise, you will see the light and appreciate stuff...and that's when apathy fizzles out.
