She quickly rose to the top of her company's compensation plan and has continued to grow a global team since 2017. After growing frustrated with the negative reputation direct sales tends to have, she started a pro-network marketing instagram account, @noshamesalesgame, in the summer of 2020. In one year, she grew the account from 0 to 100k followers in 18 months, completely organically. She also founded Direct Sales Growth Community, a training and personal development membership community for women from all walks of the direct sales industry. In 12 months, DSGC has grown to over 3,000 members from over 65 different network marketing companies around the world!
