213: How to Invite More JOY into Our Lives!

You ask, I deliver! 🎙️ Last week, I put up a poll on my instagram story, asking what you wanted to hear— and overwhelmingly, you wanted to hear all about JOY! As a fellow ambitious women, I think I know why this is a topic we’re interested in right now— ✨ it’s so easy to get caught up in the hustle & grind and daily “to do’s”✨ we’re always pushing the needle forward on goals, and living our busy lives, which leaves little time for anything extra ✨ we’re craving some fulfillment outside our goals At the end of the day, we gotta make time for non-goal related joy because— as my friend @emilyandthekindmind  says— “we’re human beings, not human doings!”
