Colorado Avalanche​ prospect & Herring Cove native; Shane Bowers​ stops by the The High Button​ to talk about his childhood growing up playing hockey in Nova Scotia and the decision he had to make as a kid to pursue his career in a different way by choosing the USHL and suiting up for the Waterloo Black Hawks​. Although it was unconventional it seems as though it is paying off now. He also touches on his recent career/life at Boston University​ and his memories of the NHL Combine and the Draft itself.
