If you’ve ever been in court while a trial or hearing is taking place then you know that it’s a slightly anxious setting. There are hardships and difficulties that you have to press through with each minute that passes by. This was the stage that was set for Paul in Acts 23 & 24 as he faced the Sanhedrin in Jerusalem and Governor Felix in Caesarea. Why did Paul have to endure this? Because he clung to the plan that the Lord revealed to him in Acts 23:11 that he must go to Rome. So with that in mind he stood on trial and faced many trials in order to be faithful to the purpose that Jesus had in store for him.
