#215 Rapid Responses | Session 3

𝙍𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙨 is a communication training session for the Crown Refs Mentor group to help arm each official with the necessary skills to diffuse any situation with their words. This session helps you develop the ability to take a heated coach and bring them from a 10 down to a 1 with only a few lines.⁣ ⁣ In this episode, we continue to emphasize the power of asking questions as a way to leverage the conversation in your favor. By having this group setting we’re to deep dive into each official's communication style and offer some simple adjustments to gain more respect and authority.
