Everyone at every level of an organization has one - the boss. Even folks at the ‘top’ of the ladder report to others like shareholders, clients, customers and so forth. As such, it is important to cultivate a positive relationship with your boss. Yes they often are paid a little more, but in turn they must manage you (and likely others). Though some of them may argue, being the boss does not necessarily make them always ‘right’.
