Overcomplicating things is a common problem for business owners. We get in our own heads when we consider ways to grow our businesses in our attempts to bring in more revenue. In today’s episode, I want to explore a path to profitable growth that allows you to simplify, and anytime we reduce complexity, we free up time and a lot of mental space. Thinking about growing profitably is important as we gear up for strategic planning for 2023.  We are zeroing in on Steps 2 and 3 of the Tap the Potential Solution, which is to niche down with a clearly defined sweet spot and find ways to innovate.
