Este tema fue un estudio publicado en la Harvard Business Review donde lo que me sorprendió fue que sólo el 12% de los vendedores eran considerados excelentes por los compradores encuestados y que no eran conscientes de que eran malos vendedores, culpando a todos menos a ellos mismos de sus malos resultados.
