Kate’s journey is remarkable because despite all the challenges she never lost the will to help others and this has led to her writing her book Relentless which we discuss towards the end of the show. We do talk about Kate’s journey with eating disorders and disordered eating so please take this is a trigger warning.  In this episode when talking about glucose levels we use mg/dl.
