22 days in: The first few weeks, day 3,5 & 7, lochia, hormones, nipples

Well this week you get an insight into my day today. Oh my goodness what a rollercoaster.... Whilst little Amandine is breastfeeding I chat through the first few weeks...day3/5/7, lochia, pelvis pain, hormones, sleep, nipples, what I’ve been using, useful things, clothes, her routine, sleeping arrangements, bed time, mornings, laundry, dry rack, rest, going out, walking, napping, Netflix...and so much more!   Enjoy!
