Musician and song-writer, John Mark McMillan and Propaganda, (hip-hop/spoken word artist and author) join the show to talk about their upbringings, cultural makeups, different life experiences and their current world views, as a result.   They both share some compelling thoughts on racism and inequality, through the lenses of Christian faith.  John Mark McMillan wrote a song "No Country," and Propaganda laid down some poetry on it.  One close look at how Jesus interacted with people, it's clear how to let love lead the way.  This is something our culture struggles greatly with and unfortunately, it's seeped into the church.  The two, along with Joey, discuss this struggle in the context of faith and race, John Mark and Prop also share their heart in these issues that birthed the lyrics to this song collaboration.Does everyone struggle with a level of racism?  Are some races at an advantage over others, still in 2023?  What does it mean to be an American when one is first and foremost a citizen in God's kingdom?
