Carrying too much into the night? In this gentle Christian sleep meditation, we rest with Jesus’ invitation in Matthew 11:28–30: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” This practice is for the nights when your body is tired but your mind is still holding the day. Together, we’ll slow down, breathe, release what feels heavy, and settle into the gentle rest Jesus offers. This meditation is a soft place to land when you feel: mentally overloaded emotionally heavy physically tense spiritually weary unable to stop thinking about tomorrow As you listen, you’ll be invited to: relax your body for sleep release stress and unfinished thoughts breathe with simple prayer phrases reflect on the gentleness of Jesus rest in God’s care through the night May this practice help you unclench, exhale, and remember that you do not have to carry everything tonight.
