Born and raised in Paris, France, Helene graduated with a business degree from the elite Sciences-Po Paris and earned a Master of Sciences degree in Creativity and Change Leadership from the State University of New York. she is an Innovation Consultant, Trainer, Facilitator, Coach, and Speaker with over 20 years of experience helping companies navigate innovation challenges. She guides Fortune 500, small businesses, and non-profits to have a better understanding of innovation and innovation processes, create new products/services, build effective teams, and support a user-centered culture. Prior to founding her consulting practice, Strategic Insights, Helene held executive and management positions in advertising, marketing research, HR, finance, and sales as well as VP of Innovation for a start-up. Most recently, she was a TedX Talk speaker at TedX Seattle and has been a speaker on Design Thinking and Creativity at various conferences including the American Creativity Association, Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI), Creativity Expert Exchange (CEE), and the Design Thinking Unconference.
