Through story-telling circles and transformative coaching, Barbara educates school communities on the use of restorative practices for interpersonal and intrapersonal relationship building; addressing race and gender based-harms perpetuated in school communities. Her website, MillennialMochaMoms provides space for Black millennial mothers to share their maternal experiences and create community.
