Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, you're listening to the AllTalk podcast, special C-M I interview edition, I'm on my own presenting a couple interviews I did at C-M I this year, I was lucky enough to be invited again to be a judge for the new product showcase. It's a series of products that exhibitors present, that's new in the industry, and we get an opportunity to vote, and the winners came to awards night, and we had a few interviews, and I put their websites and postings in the page, and follow them, I mean, some of them have been around for years, some of them, it was their first time out with a product, and hit the bullseye. So I hope you enjoy the interviews, and please hit the links and support their products. I'm Jimmy Tyler from Clutch Key, a single American company, they're a award winner in the product, new product showcase.
What actually won Tyler, what was the... So it's our drink wear line, it looks like an oil filter, and the wrench is the handle, so it's auto-inspired, it's for the gear head, for the auto enthusiasts. You know, keeps your stuff hot and cold, for hours, so it looks super cool doing it. Yeah, it's a little product, so, I mean, is that one of your range of products?
Yes, so we're new, we launched in April, so we're pretty new, and this is our first line of products. Oh, wow. So we started with the drink wear space, because it's stinking crazy. I mean, everybody's got these things everywhere, so there was nothing for the auto enthusiasts, though, right?
Nothing that really, pretty much everything was a, Stanley, you know, girl, walk around the Stanley. So that's kind of our aim is to be that brand for the auto enthusiasts. Yeah, and it's a lot of cold market, so it sort of looks like a car park. It's a, it's a, it's a, it's a, it's probably make a great gift.
Yeah, it's super cool packaging, it's customizable, it's, yeah, it's pretty cool. I mean, you can get corporates to contact you, and do label, label, label, and all that stuff. And is this your first theme of show? It is, it's our first time, this is my third time being here, as far as like walking around, but first time being vendors.
So yeah, basically our first time. Great reaction, it's been crazy. Yeah, I mean, actually, you know, when we came to our booth and we saw all the things saying we won something, at first we're like, wait, we just feel like we just got here. We won something, but no, it's actually been really, really good.
That's good. How long has it been to set up? So just, just in April. April, yeah, so not pretty new.
So yeah. And if you want a website, like away. Yeah, clutchgear.com. And then anyone from around the world, as far as I know, yeah.
I think it's in the world. Yes, if you have the internet, I'm pretty sure you buy. Yeah, and it's really, what are the range of you guys? Is that you got anything else in the pipeline for next year?
You know, we do. Yeah, I mean, I think we would buy. Well, I mean, we're not that big to where I'm like, oh, I'm kidding. No, I think we want to be able to offer, I mean, it maybe sounds cliché, but you know, everyone knows yeti, right?
They're, you know, they make a wide range of good outdoor accessories. Again, we want to be that for the audience. So everything will be inspired by it, right? So, you know, that's where we're going.
No. That type of stuff. It's good. It's unique.
It's a good product. And it stands out. It's not like you're right. You're mine.
Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. It stands out. That's what I can tell when these people are.
It stands out. It stands out. It's unique enough and attractive enough. And it fits the profile of the gearhead.
So we're all done and congratulations on that. Yeah. And enjoy the rest of the Seamour. And hopefully we'll see you bigger and better with more products.
Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. We got Phil here from Car Cattoo Company.
Welcome. And it's definitely all the features and benefits. But, yeah, it's just until the audience what that product was, it's basically a go-anyway spray boot. Yeah, so it's a portable spray boot, but it's so much more because ours has a sealed tube system.
So it would never ever fall down. It's been placed in less than about eight minutes, 26 by 14 by 10. It has a very high CFM blower compared to others on the market, almost 4500 CFM's. And it has replaceable inner walls.
Their walls get dirty. You can take them down, pressure washed. They eventually replace them. Yeah.
And so for guys that do not only paint in the vehicle assembly, the restoration work… vehicle wrapping, window-kinning, ceramic coating, all that stuff needs a clean environment and we provide that in less than 10 minutes. It's also expensive if you go to a decked out. You're getting six figures. Right.
And you've got a lot of people that do it themselves, they've got enough skills to do it, but they don't have a facility where, especially in Australia, we've caught my eyes, they're pretty strict with environmental laws. Sure. Where this product has everything built in. You know, a few just flying out and dust particle and paint particles flying anywhere.
It amplifies a clean environment anywhere for you to do that job. And it works for both. You know, the user and the environment. And again, it's very cost effective.
You know, that full size one is 64.95 with the replaceable walls. Yeah. And a set of filters is 200 hours. You know, all four filters.
So, any of it works. I mean, we've been in business for over 25 years and we make a fine-ass vehicle protection and the market has this for us many times over the years. We had one last year and we took all the advice, all the critiques and we developed this one and just to look and it has a great eye appeal when you see it. And what other products I mean you've been around for 20 years, is it more in, was it just a story?
Well, so you started out with the car capsule, the original bottle, the company named Car Capital. And then we migrated to the showcase platform, which is inflatable frame, doesn't let it collapse, drive in, drive out. And since then, we've added so much more. We've got an outdoor showcases of tall ones, one-star hole four post lift that sit inside.
So you can protect those cars. We make custom ones for our V's and buses. So the company is really growing exponentially. And we do snoo-prock.
You can still store your cars, isn't it? Well, that's it. Yeah, it's not just. No, exactly.
For the guidance, you know, got a pole barn or a barn building and you know, he has a skill set. And he said, but now he can leave the car in there and know it's protected. No cost, no dirt, no condensation. That's awesome.
Plug away. We can also try and listen to this for your products. So the easiest way is CarCapsil.com. You know, we're very good at follow-up.
If you send us an email at info at carcapsil.com. I monitor those. Like, I'm on the other guys, I monitor them, but I'm on the phones, I'm on email every day. So I can do it.
And the company, is it? Yes, I mean, my wife works in the office, but I've had my other guys been there for over 20 years. And we're about to eat by some stuff. I'm in Indiana, but that's, I'm in Indiana.
I'm in Indiana, but that's, they give you an idea. I'm an hour out of Chicago. Okay. So I'm just a little used in Chicago and we'll check the world.
They're manufacturing the fact that you're in the US? No. I have two factories off shore to pump this up. I build the pumps in the USA.
But, you know, it's kind of the way of the world. Yeah. We're big on quality. We do not build junk.
The world's a village now. Yeah, this, honestly, I don't have to count when we get home, but this may be our 12th ward at this event. No. So we're always, you know, we've been in this.
I'll say you're not a good player, but I can call. But this one really got behind it. Oh, thank you're right. I can explain it for the new products, okay.
It's like, it's about six rows of parts and products. You could have brought a full-size version and blew it up, but it would have taken up. Well, they won't let it. So a year ago, when I won six awards at one of these, for the first showcase, they let me blow up an 18 footer.
And it didn't go over good with everyone else. There's another guy that's had a chassis, I had that, and we took up all this room. And now, they're limited to a board. And they said we can make a video.
Yeah. So we made a video. And that works too. It did.
But we had all kind of technical problems. And they bought a TV, you bought a man, Roku. So, Roku had an update and it wouldn't work on any USB. That's why the laptop.
That's why you saw so many laptops. Everyone had the same problem. Everyone had the same problem. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Then I did catch mine. It was like, if you got to stay here at same time as this year or? Yeah, I'm here all week. I got to booth in the West Hall, which is like the farthest from where I am.
And we're staying right here in the West Gate. So, it's all that didn't. Well, congratulations. Like I said, I caught my eye.
Even that was on the screen. Like I looked at everything. Well, that video's online and I don't know if the smoke was but by drive-out. You know, we do the smoke, the shoulder ventilation, the flow, and it catches a lot of the stuff.
But what if you do it in the environment and then the buzzwets at the moment? And especially Australia, we're pretty strict in the whole world. It's cracking down and things like that. And it's just amazing that it's amazing.
That's why it pains costs so much. Yeah, it's amazing. It's a product that helps the do it yourself and it adds a level of what you do. Yeah, I mean, body shelter by you.
And because it's a secondary booth. They want to spray some door jams, a bumper, fenders, or they want to put that car back together in a clean environment while the other booths mean occupied. A second booth, right. It's not a very, very costy.
Yeah, and it also works for you. Yeah, you're right. The second booth is not cost effective sometimes. And it takes up a lot of space.
We're just going to blow down and move it around. So, Phil, thank you very much for your time. Oh, thanks for your time. Thank you for your time.
Thank you for making that. I appreciate it. It's hard to stand out out here. It's a big place.
There's a lot of booths, a lot of products. And yeah, you're the best at the best. You do stand out. So congratulations.
Thank you very much. Thank you. Another award winner is with us is Keith and Alphonse, for serving on Intelligent Tied Technology. I'm going to let Keith explain.
How many times did they keep? But, I guess it's 52. It's what's seen us about. And that's a joke behind the reason why I asked that.
But hey, here we are. It's now live. So Keith, explain exactly what little device you've got in front of you, which is the size of the part of your hand. Yeah, so we have an intelligence tire sensor technology, essentially a brain for your tires.
And the gap in the industry has been that pressure is only one component. CPMS is helpful. But there's more to tire health. When you're an enthusiast, you want to race, you want to know temperature.
Tried to have this important to know when it's time to change your tires. Our sensor gives a total health picture all through the convenience of a mobile application. So when you put the module in, it's a link in your, you give the code, you link it with your phone. And you've got an immediate rate out.
Exactly. As you're driving, always you're hot. Yeah, the beauty is this is Bluetooth technology. A lot of TPMS or other systems aren't RF.
You need other hardware. The sensor will connect directly to your phone. It gives you real-time data. You can set up multiple vehicles.
The sensor is reusable. So when it is time to change your tire, pop the sensor out, put it into the new tire. You get seven years of battery life out of it. And the mobile app has a lot of different features.
You can have it background mode and just give you alerts when you need it. Or if you're interactive, you want to take it to the track. You want to track the instructions. We've got all those different specialty enthusiast modes as well.
So it's really convenient for all different users. In the background of your company, how long you've been developing or in business? So everyone's been around for five years. Several years of development, creating something new.
But we have a lot of experience with the tires. We have another company called Tires Stickers, which is Labels on Tires. Very simple, but the bonding technology, we leverage that. And also the relationship with the tire companies to make something safe for the tires.
And something unique. So we spend a lot of time working with the tire companies and OEMs. And eventually it'll make its way into all the cars. That's what we like to hope.
But for now it's an aftermarket situation. Is it from a performance or an erasing point of view? Is it legal for someone like Nascar or even a Stride of Super-Turist? Would you be able to put that in there and monitor as a race manager?
There's no restrictions that I'm aware of. And we do have the enthusiasts who use this in all different types of circuits. The question will come up. Well, how are you sticking with the tire and the tire manufacturers?
What are the restrictions? More data the better. And as of right now, it's probably welcome. There are probably no tires anyway.
That's one way to do it. This just gets you to date a real time. It could be a competitive advantage for me. As a consumer, tires are not cheap.
And you want to make sure that you're getting full wear and that device will help you. With the alerts system, it'll be great. But you're right. But if you're an enthusiast and out on the track, you want to know what's going on in your tires.
Yeah, tire temperature is critical. You make a sure that you're sticking right. Each tire type has different thresholds that they're looking for as well. So that's really important information.
You know, tread wear is important. A lot of people don't want to use a penny or whatever the technique is. Where they don't trust the tire shop is giving more accurate measurement. So it's a good way for even the average consumer to get an awareness of is the tire health.
By the way, where do we find these products? SoreebrumCensor.com is hard to spell. So C-E-R-E-V-R-U-M sensor.com. Just like the brain.
So if you can read on my profile exactly, you've got the voice details. Congratulations. It's a unique product and something that helps. And using the technology around us to make it easy for everyone.
So well done and congratulations. Appreciate it. Thank you. That's the Qon and my award winners from IGL Coding.
Qon, we spoke to you and to back. But Dustin and Micah here as well. Another new product from IGL and guys, what's the new one? Far away.
Okay. So this is our new innovation. It's a single year, four years with the ceramic coating. So you can actually cut short the installation time for the user.
Great, motorsport resistance, high smoothness. But I think one of the most important things that the graphene that we're using is actually in a way, it's actually utilizing patterns and energy terms of graphene. And it's a special relationship with that. So the way it is actually produced are using about 70% less energy in producing graphene.
So this actually differentiates us a lot compared to all companies actually using graphene. Yeah, because I saw the graphene at Korma and it's exactly what's the benefits of using the graphene. So we have done some tests with it, right? It's that when we initially formulated this without the graphene, so we got a baseline performance.
And once we actually managed to form a dispersion that actually matched well without formulation, we were able to increase the performance by a durability bar before times. The glass and also the water protection angle and the water sleep angle, chemical resistance by about 25 to about 40%. So that is one area that we managed to achieve. Previously, we were only able to tweak up about 5-10%, but now we're able to tweak about 20-30%.
So every year the investment in how we make graphene more compatible with our formulation is making it a lot better actually. So it makes it easier to last longer? Correct, yes. Because normally with ceramic coating, it's like about two years, but you've got up to four with user use of this technology.
How's it going compared to the other products in the line? Is it popular? Is it really taking off? Just launch.
But the mind right now is off the roof. Oh good, good. I know you started off a couple years ago and it's getting bigger and better. And I will pass the booth today and I'll sort of always eat.
You get a lot more good stuff and push it away. Just a little bit of background. You're a big deal. That's your story.
Yeah, I've been in the detail industry for over 10 years. Sorry about just like most of the detail. It's a hobby growing into a business. Ended up building some software for the detail industry.
Building a strong relationship buying products from IGL. And then of course Mike and I partnered up and buying the US territory. The evolution of business from just one man band to now owning the distributor rights for the work. You're traveling a lot of the states.
The business class when it comes to the lay on jacks. So yeah, exactly. Unfortunately, yes. So my forties on the business side of things.
I've come to business too. That's what I bring to the table. That's awesome. And Mark, you're back rounds of the same?
Yeah, so I have 20 years in the detailing background. And then for the last three, four years I was a rep for Team USA if you want to say. And then like Dustin said last April, it's going to be an issue. We got more markets, more countries.
We're getting bigger. So we have skilled more into Japan and we got a few new distributions in the website. And now we're actually looking at doing a lot more in the US as well. So the standards, it's great.
I'm proud of you and it's good work. You got a good product. And Australia is bringing a lot of us. It's great as well.
Very well. I'm glad. So you're a friend of the podcast and congratulations on your product. And well done.
Congratulations guys. Thank you. And enjoy the rest of SEMA. And we'll see you next year.
Thank you. Alright. Thank you for coming. Bye bye.
We're going to find the product. Website or where's the best place in the country? Oh, okay. So if you go to the IGL website and then it'll take you to the country or the special.
So if you're looking for Australia, yes, you can go to the IGL website and you can also get the product. Excellent. No problem. Thank you very much.
Enjoy SEMA and congratulations again. Okay. Another big award winner and a fan favorite of ours is Sisaka here. I've got Chuck, Yarn and Where's Sisaka.
Thank you. Your products, from the world when it comes to the United States, it all sucks. It does suck. You put it on there and it sticks and sucks and does what the label says.
Yes. But you've got a new product this year and it's an award winner. Far away. Yeah, the Starlink Mountains.
So they'd make a couple different Starlink. You have a couple different mounts, which you're looking for. You were looking at the whole mount we did. Yeah.
It just snaps into place. Yes. It's pretty nice. Yeah, it's pretty nice.
Yeah, it's pretty nice. Yeah, it's pretty nice. Yeah, there were two. I know it's two eventually, but the first one called my eye.
And I mean, the idea of the award series is what works in our country. And in Australia, we've got the up back. A lot of spaces, but there's no reception. Starlink is the new buzzword when it comes to internet access with our friend.
It's amazing. So the old days with satellite phones, now we've got Starlink and everything's done by the internet. And if you're stuck out of the up back, you want to make sure you've got access if you're in trouble as for a safety device. OK, you want to make sure the Starlink works.
That's like your problem, but what you do is make sure the Starlink's stuck to the big blanks. We have something similar. We're from Florida. We make everything there in Florida.
And I'm a big offshore official. Yeah. And actually that Starlink that you see, that mount came from my boat. Sometimes I'm a hundred thirty miles off shore.
And it's off shore. And it used to be for years. It's kind of fun to go offshore and be disconnected from everything. That part could kind of loosen.
But it's amazing. I'm a hundred thirty miles offshore. And I'm facetimeing with my wife. That's amazing.
No, I know what you're doing. But check in with the high level. I know. I tried to prep it with it's weird because you're still running off the boat.
At least I got it. And that's right on. And so you guys travel. I mean you've been on Spada recently so you guys do a lot of product testing and make sure everything works.
And trying to break it. Trying to break it. No. You just broke the things up.
That mount we had. Yeah. That's good. That's great.
The amount as well. It doesn't do any damage to what it sticks on. The last thing you want is to rip off paint or anything else. With vehicles especially.
Yeah. It's great. It doesn't do any harm whatsoever. Is there any new stuff coming up?
You let it take? We always do. It just sucks. There's new ways of getting it to suck.
Technology is all about getting to the next product. We have about sixty products in R&D. Yeah. And it's more for us.
It's an issue of what are we working on first. We're working on about fifteen at a time. So we've always got new stuff. Always got more stuff coming out.
So that's all about styling. When that sticks to the C-Sucker capsule. Do you have to marry the connection to styling or do you create your own brackets? Well, it's just a pole with a pin, right?
And we've received a hole for that pin in that. So we do a whole tripod. It's a tripod that gives it that three cup strength. When it gets in the right spot, it snaps.
And you feel it snap in. So it's a very positive field. Do you work with other companies to develop that product? Or do you just knock it on our own?
This one we did on our own. But we do do a lot of that over here at SEMA. SEMA we get a lot of OEM work and a lot of people come to us and we love doing partnerships. With lighting companies, lighting companies.
All of our collaborations with different companies. We try to integrate our collection. Even though it's quite a bit stuck on there, but it's not a perfect job. The idea is you can take it off and drive to school the next night.
Especially if you guys are in Australia. You guys have a car and during the week you're driving to work. On the weekend, a huge worry of your population gets in the car and heads out in the middle of nowhere. And this is perfect for us.
It's multi-purpose. I mean, it costs a living at the O.G. Probably whatever you want. Sometimes the one car should do everything.
You know, Monday and Friday, it's the work car, the school car, the mum car. In the weekends the family goes out and that's what they're going to do. Whether it's absolutely going on the boat or going on the outback. Even if you want to see a fuel or something, people will talk about that a lot.
But all these racks and mounts and stuff that we put on, it's all off. It doesn't stay in there all the time. Correct. You keep all that on there.
It's a couple miles per gallon. It does add up for the period of a year or two. So you can take that stuff off. You don't need it.
It's nice. Congratulations. Thank you again for coming around. Thank you.
Thank you. Thank you. Enjoy your Seam's show. Next time you're in Oz, give me a buzz.
Yeah, next time you're in Oz, come on. Come on. Come on. Come on.
We'll come over again. It was a blast. We love Australia. It's good.
Sydney. Yeah. We were down south. Over.
Yeah. Awesome. We're doing the bike racks for the cycle. We're here for that year.
We're up there. We're rich anyway. We're cool. Fantastic.
Thank you again. Congratulations. See you later. Thanks.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. We're launching our two lines, our shop and they're built out.
We've got aluminum steel hybrid models. The technology is power hydraulics. The old days it's like a jack, push and push and push. I'm a big fan of work safety.
I look at machines and devices to make life easier, make us live longer and not have sort of acts. It's labor intensive jobs, the current industry and certain aspects. When I saw you push about it and the thing just lives and whatever was on it would live with it. It was amazing.
Fantastic. There are definitely work courses. We have cash for models if people want cash for wheels. We also have to have back wheels for a variety of services or garage floors.
Our exciting things are powerful. They're rated up to three tons. We also have two toned light Profiles. Yeah, I was going to say, there's a different skyles with different power.
Yeah, different power. Different from the capacity. Different lifting arm height. So, end up we have like low profile for the low vehicles.
Long reach goes up to 24 and a quarter inches high. So, on average you have about 90 liters- On the four age battery. Five age battery gets 100-10. And how long would it take you to charge?
Two hours depending on the wall. It's amazing. It's amazing. It was easy to lose.
It was like, first of all. It's incredible how many people are like, why didn't I think of that? People could say that to us. But at the same time, it's a risk to come out with new products.
I don't know if you saw our Jacks and Stupid. Our Jacks and Stupid are totally different. The wonderful, spun, steel, base that's single-piece construction, that's a safety handle on it. We're not cheaping out.
We want the user experience to be enhanced because the market has been stagnant. Also, some people are saying, no, I don't have to be that lazy, but it's not really about that. It's about being safe. It's also about being in small tight spaces, because your handles can be set up.
You don't have to look down and try to work here. It's exactly. So, there's a lot of features we built in. We built in.
We've got a cool feature where you can press the buttons and bleed the hydraulic line. So, that kind of making this going to be done. What's been the reaction of the show? People want to order it, especially Aussies.
They're like, give me a three containers. And so, we are excited to expand. We're doing our Consumer Launch. Of course, we can take December.
Our show price. And we've got a lot of things that we've got to offer. We also want a best mutual. So, we're super excited about that.
What other products does the right take to the company? What else do you guys do? We're a new brand in that way. We're based out of Bellingham, Washington.
Yeah. Looks like we're on a win-on. Oh my goodness. Yeah.
And from your reaction and from the award you're getting, it's just a great product. It just stood out. 100%. Yeah.
We're super excited. Glad that you recognized that. We're thankful for the opportunity. That's good.
Plug away. We're making somebody to straight out. Audible. 100%.
We are currently working to expand or reach from U.S. and Canada, and to Latin America and Africa. Pacific. So, that's coming soon to an intern.
Yes. So, 25. We'll be down there. That's about six months.
Right. So, it's got your website? Yeah. Shot.
We're teched. Yeah. Great. Yeah.
Well, congratulations. Enjoy the rest of the show. Have a good two time. Yeah.
Be careful. The invoices and... Oh my goodness. Yeah.
Yeah. No. Thank you. Thank you very much.
All right. Thank you.
