220: What To Do When You Launch and Then Hear Crickets

It's happened to ALL of us... We know that we've finally got a product or service that our audience is going to drool over, snatch up within seconds of the cart opening...and then to our surprise... *chirp* *chirp* Nothing. Crickets at best.  What the heck happened?!  Well, for starters, don't feel like you're alone, and don't give up yet!  It doesn't mean that they don't want or need your product.
