Alan Kalter was the announcer for The Late Show with David Letterman, a role he held from 1995 to the very last episode in 2015. Alan Kalter began his broadcasting career on radio stations. He was the announcer for many New York-based television shows including To Tell the Truth, The $10,000 Pyramid, The Money Maze, and The $128,000 Question. His voice has been heard in many radio and television commercials across the country.
