Smooth Sailing How does the acceptance of digital health solutions in the maritime industry impact the employee well-being of seafarers? That is something two Master students decided to look into as they were writing their thesis.  Charlotta Herkommer and Sandra Siljevik Laine study Business Administration at the University of Jönköping, Sweden, in the Digital Business Programme. Nevertheless, they decided to look into the maritime universe to see how digital health solutions could make a difference for seafarers.  Listen to our conversation about their findings after interviewing people working in the maritime industry, both onshore and at sea.
