221. Nicole Carroll

Nicole Carroll is the Executive Director of CrossFit Certifications and Training.  She and Fern take a deep dive into the new L-1 Online Offering and discuss all the details of who is eligible, what it entails, the size and scope of the course and everything else people want to know about it.  They also discuss the new CrossFit Kids online offering and how CFHQ training department is pushing day and night to continue to provide for those people that want to further their education and keep their credentials up to date.  There are some L4 teasers in there too, but we will have her back on for a L4 discussion at a later date.  Enjoy.
