What creates a teardrop? We could say that it’s the lacrimal glands above each eye that create them or that it’s our limbic system that causes the teardrop to fall down the side of our face, but Acts 20 holds the real reason as to how tears are created. The Apostle Paul was someone who wept over souls. He spent much time with the people of God, and it pained him to be torn away from them when the time came to journey to Jerusalem. Paul was a great example of what it is like to build a kingdom of tears - someone who pours so much into the kingdom of God that many times tears are the only ministry left to give.
