#221 - Spiritual Growth & Higher Perspectives!? - A Vulnerable Share

**Trigger warning - Hello, this episode came about as a result of an interaction I had with a lady online after I shared a reel from a woman called Allie (Alexandra) Ninfo. Allie shared a persepctive on *trauma (that in human form) is really hard to digest, but something was 'pinged' in me & I shared it (without any context). The woman (who follows me) thought it was very out of character for me & sent me a DM. We had a compassionate interaction, but she offered that more context on why I shared it would be good. So the idea for this episode was born. That was back in March & now feels like the time to share it. This is very layered & nuanced & potentially I might have more to share at a later stage. I'm not sharing it to open space for 'arguments', open, compassionate discourse is fine. But it's just my opinion & persepective (that I'm not 100% locked into as I'm human & change my mind, but beyond cognition, it feels like there could be some truth to it).
