With over three decades of experience, he began guiding in 1990, offering his expertise to fellow enthusiasts. In 1992, Tommy became actively involved in Trout Unlimited at the Shenandoah Valley Chapter, where he currently holds the position of Chapter President, demonstrating his dedication to conservation and community engagement.
