2236 – Learning Chabad Chassidus and Inspiring Others – לימוד חסידות חב"ד והשפעה על אחרים

The Rebbe writes that sending a pan (petitionary note) is a sign of learning or beginning to learn Chabad Chassidus, which is for every Jew. He encourages spreading this study to one's surroundings and blesses the recipient for a good and sweet new year. https://www.torahrecordings.com/rebbe/igroskodesh/007/012/2236
