2238 – Rosh Hashanah, Creation of Man, and the Purpose of the World – ראש השנה, בריאת האדם, ותכלית העולם
from The Rebbe’s advice - Rabbi Chaim Wolosow
The letter explains why Rosh Hashanah is celebrated on the day man was created, not at the world's creation. It teaches that man's role is to elevate all aspects of creation by connecting them to their Divine purpose, which is achieved through living according to Torah and mitzvos. https://www.torahrecordings.com/rebbe/igroskodesh/007/012/2238
