224. It's Up to You with Frank Patierno

We had a great conversation with Frank Patierno. Frank is a friend from Pure MMA, who has an incredible story about how faith in God and you will propel you forward in life. Frank is the oldest of four boys, who had his life turned upside down early on, when his parents divorced. Naturally, Frank started going down the wrong path. Fortunately, Frank used competitive swimming as a way to drown out the noise. Frank learned through his dedication and hard work that he was in charge of his life and that he needed to ditch his victim mentality. Today, Frank is a police officer in Fairfield, part of the SWAT unit, trains MMA, and is living his best life.
