2243: Competing In A Crowded Marketplace

This one starts off as a strategy call… where you'll hear a contractor talking about a whole lot of unethical things that are happening in his market with his competitors lying to consumers and causing them to have problems with their insurance companies. Then, just as he's getting worked up… the recording goes bad, and Rich has to finish the episode on his studio mic by himself.
